- Develop and refine communication processes which will enhance community confidence and trust in the organization.
- Select, collect, analyze and use data to improve the delivery of services both internally and externally.
- Conduct performance improvement processes to enhance the delivery of efficient and effective services both internally and externally.
- Provide members an opportunity for knowledge and skills development through continuous and advanced training.
